HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GO FROM LOWER TO HIGHER CONSCIOUSNESS?
It depends on your practice. Meditation is a skill.
The more skillful you’re at calming your mind (letting
go of your thoughts), the quicker you go to higher consciousness.
This requires training.
It’s like losing weight. If an overweight person wants to
lose weight, it requires effort. Reading or watching video about
diet and exercise will not cause you to lose weight. It’s
only when you begin to exercise and eat healthy over a period of
time (consistency) that you start to lose the weight.
This applies to meditation as well. Reading or watching video about
meditation will not give you inner peace or free you from stress.
It’s only when you start practicing and letting go of the
stress; you then experience the benefits of meditation
(become emotionally balanced, heal emotional pain, improve
mental clarity, improve concentration, become less judgmental, overcome
your fear, cultivate kindness & compassion, experience true
joy & happiness).
INVITATION TO PRACTICE

emotions, this is unnecessary suffering.
You can liberate yourself from this state by simply taking up meditation
(awareness training).
Our true nature is higher consciousness. This
is our natural state and we can enter it by practicing meditation.
Once you become very skillful at it, you can live your life in this
state all the time. It’s a state of mental clarity,
contentment, joy, true happiness and freedom. There are
no negative emotions to lock you up. You become free and live a
life of clarity. You’re in a constant state of inspiration
and can do or achieve anything with ease and your motivation comes
from kindness and compassion. You can never be
unhappy or unsatisfied. Every moment is full of awareness and inner
peace. The immense happiness is beyond description. It’s something
you need to experience directly for yourself.
